Fields Mobility Group, LLC (“FMG,” “we,” “us”) provides transportation services. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information You Give Us
- Quote requests: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, trip details (dates, times, pickup and destination addresses, stops, and flight details), passenger details you choose to provide (names, phone numbers, number of passengers and bags, and assistance needs), company or agency details, vehicle details, a promo code, and any notes you add.
- Driver applications: your name, email address, phone number, primary service area, your answers about age, license, driving experience, driving record, vehicle and auto insurance, the types of assignments and distances you are interested in, your availability, and anything you write about your experience.
- Reviews: your name, your rating, your review, and whether we may share it.
Please do not include medical diagnoses, medical history, dates of birth, or insurance information in our forms. We do not ask for them.
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address: used to limit spam and abuse of our forms and address suggestions. We store only a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of it, and we delete that within a few days.
- Spam check: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a person is sending them. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Address suggestions: when you type in an address field, the text you type is sent to an address service to show matching addresses. We use Google Maps Platform. For pickup addresses, we also send Google an approximate location based on your IP address (about city level), so nearby places come first. If Google’s suggestions are unavailable, your browser sends what you type, with your IP address, directly to Photon, a service run by komoot that uses OpenStreetMap data. Google’s use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, and komoot’s by the komoot Privacy Policy.
- Cookies: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only FMG staff who sign in to our administration page receive a sign-in cookie.
- Server records: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard technical records of visits to keep the website secure and working.
How We Use Information
- To prepare quotes, arrange and coordinate transportation, and contact you about your request.
- To review driver applications and contact applicants.
- To publish reviews you give us permission to share, using your first name and last initial.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service Providers
These companies process information on our behalf to run the website and our communications: Cloudflare (website hosting, database, and spam check), Resend (delivers form notifications to our inbox), Google Workspace (our email), Google Maps Platform (address suggestions), and komoot (backup address suggestions). We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information as long as we need it to handle your request, provide transportation, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
